Prof. Xiang Jinwu  Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering

Beihang University, School of Aeronautic Science and Engineering

Xiang Jinwu, male, Han ethnicity, born in April 1964 in Yueyang, Hunan Province. He received his B.E. from Nanjing Aeronautical Institute (now Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) in 1984, M.E. from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1990, and Ph.D. from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1993. He is currently a Professor at the School of Aeronautic Science and Engineering, Beihang University, Secretary-General of the Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology Discipline Appraisal Group of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, President of the China Management Science Society, and recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council.

He has long been engaged in aircraft design technology research, model development, and talent training. He led the development of China's first medium-altitude, long-endurance unmanned reconnaissance aircraft system and developed a series of multi-type long-endurance unmanned reconnaissance aircraft systems. As the first completer, he has won 2 first-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards and 3 second-class Ministerial Awards. He has received the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Innovation Award, the National May Day Labor Medal, and the Beijing Advanced Worker honor. His team has been selected as an Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education and one of the Top Ten Innovation Teams of the National Defense Science, Technology, and Industry.

In 2009, he was appointed as a Distinguished Professor of the "Changjiang Scholars Award Program" by the Ministry of Education. In 2013, he was selected as a National Leading Talent, and in 2019, he was elected as an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

Chen Yong, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering

Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd.

Graduated from the Department of Aircraft Design, Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is currently the Chief Engineer, Standing Member of the Science and Technology Committee, and Chief Designer of the ARJ21 aircraft program at Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC), and recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He has long been engaged in civil aircraft design and development, leading or participating in the model design and technical research of the ARJ21 regional jet. He has received multiple honors including the First Prize of the National Science and Technology Award, the National May 1st Labor Medal, and the National Innovation Competition Award. In 2023, he was selected for the proposed commendation list of National Outstanding Engineers, and in 2024, he was listed in the "Influential Scientists" list for 2023.

Prof. Qin Hailin

Tiangong University

Qin Hailin, male, Han ethnicity, Ph.D. in Economics, is a Professor at the Department of Finance, School of Economics and Management, Tiangong University. His research interests include corporate finance, wealth management, and institutional reform. He has published over 100 academic papers, including more than 30 CSSCI journal papers, 5 of which have been fully reprinted by Renmin University's photocopying materials. He has authored 1 academic monograph and co-authored 2 others. He has won the Third Prize of the Tianjin Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award once, and the Second Prize twice and Third Prize once of the Tianjin Administrative Innovation Achievement Award. He has been invited over 40 times to present papers at various public academic conferences, such as the China Economics Annual Conference, the China International Academic Annual Conference on Quantitative Economics, the Annual Conference of the Chinese Accounting Society, the China Institutional Economics Forum, and the China Law and Economics Forum.

Prof. Li Qinghai

Nanjing University of Finance and Economics

Li Qinghai is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Economics, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics. His research areas include household finance, digital economy, labor economics, development economics, and income distribution. To date, he has published over 60 papers in CSSCI/SSCI journals. He has published nearly 20 papers as the first author in JCR Q1 journals such as China Economic Review and Research in International Business and Finance, as well as in CSSCI journals such as China Economic Quarterly, Journal of Quantitative & Technological Economics, and Chinese Rural Economy. As the corresponding author, he has published nearly 10 papers in JCR Q1 journals including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Review of Economics & Finance, International Review of Financial Analysis, Economic Modelling, and Information Technology & People. He has also published 1 academic monograph with Nanjing University Press. He has led or undertaken various research projects including sub-projects of the National Social Science Fund Major Project, the National Social Science Fund General Project, the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, and the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research Project. He currently serves as a Standing Director of the New Economy and New Employment Professional Committee of the China Labor Economics Society, and a Director of the China National Accounts Research Association.

Prof. Li Yuanyuan

Hebei University of Technology

Li Yuanyuan is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, Hebei University of Technology. She is the 13th Hebei Provincial Social Science Outstanding Young Expert and a third-batch Hebei Provincial University Youth Top Talent. She has led and completed multiple national and provincial-level research projects. She has published over 30 academic papers as the first author (or corresponding author) in domestic and international journals such as Finance Science, Journal of Family and Economic Issues, China Science and Technology Forum, East China Economic Management, Macroeconomic Management, and Northwest Population. She has published two academic monographs and contributed to the writing of three sub-reports of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Blue Book. She has received one Second Prize and two Third Prizes of the Hebei Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, and one Second Prize of the Hebei Social Science Fund Project Outstanding Achievement Award.

Assoc. Prof. Ye Mian

Xihua University, School of Aeronautics and Astronautics

Dr. Mian Ye holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Information from Beihang University. He is currently an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Xihua University, and also serves as a Senior Engineer at the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC). He is the Head of the Department of Aerospace Information and Control Engineering.

His research interests focus on air traffic management, aircraft mission planning, and integrated air-ground transportation systems. He has been honored with the Third Prize of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Award, the Second Prize of the Quality Technology Award from the China Association for Quality, and the First Prize of the National Quality Innovation Competition.

He serves as a Youth Committee Member of the WTC Air-Ground Integrated Transportation Expert Committee, the team leader of the first batch of supporting institutions for Sichuan Province's low-altitude operation management pilot, the academic leader in intelligent control at the Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Air-Ground Integrated Vehicles and Control (Ministry of Education), a member of both the Expert Committee and the Standards and Technical Committee of the China Computer Automatic Measurement and Control Technology Association, a review expert for low-altitude economy projects at the Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau, a reviewer for the Journal of Beihang University, and an external expert for the Chengdu Heavy Industry Fund.

He has led and participated in multiple vertical research projects, including major special projects of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the "Reveal and Lead" project (sub-project), funds from national key laboratories, and provincial-level research engineering center funds. He is the author of one academic monograph and has published over 10 high-level papers. He holds 10 authorized national invention patents. He has delivered academic presentations at prestigious domestic and international conferences such as the China Aviation Science and Technology Conference, the China Space Conference, DSInS, and AIEA.

He has supervised undergraduate and graduate students who have received numerous awards, including national-level (key projects) funding for the College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program, the National Bronze Award and Sichuan Provincial Gold Award of the China International College Students' Innovation Competition, the First Prize of the "Challenge Cup" Sichuan Provincial College Students' Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Competition, and the Special Prize of the National Exchange Conference on Graduation Design Achievements for Aerospace Majors.
